On several In the name of the Tsar maps audio easter eggs have been found that feature Neebs gaming characters. Those are the people who created the popular Battlefield Friends series back in the day, hence its called the Battlefield Friends Easter egg.

On the 14th of September, a player called Lt_dans_legs77 documented the Neebs easter egg for the first time. It was only more than a month later when the Easter egg had been solved and it was known how to trigger it. In this Easter egg Neebs and Thick have a arguement about heated seats in tanks, and Neebs want to switch servers to a warmer map because it's so cold.

A second player must step out of bounds at the very top of the river stream and then step back in. If done successfully, a bird chirping sound will be heard for confirmation. ===How to trigger it===

This Easter egg requires at least two people to trigger it and they do not have to be on the same team. One player must stand on the wooden bridge next to the flag pole of flag C. The other player must go into the river and walk upstream and go out of bounds for a few seconds, and then go back to the battle zone. When done succesfully, the sound of a bird chirping will play to confirm that you have succesfully completed this step. Next, the player in the river should walk to the person on the bridge and wait. After a certain amiunt of time, approximately 30 seconds, the Easter egg is triggered and the conversation will start.

On the 21th of October a hidden button was found by Oddball2142 and this button was hidden underneith a destroyed tank near the spawn of the Red Army. One only can interact with this button when you crouch. In this Easter egg, the Battlefield friends crew seem to be stuck in this tank for quite a while. There are multiple dialogues and those are about sleeping, food, pigeons and the happy corner.

On the 11th of November a Battlefield Friends Easter egg was discovered on Lupkow pass. In this Easter egg, BFF characters are yodling because there are mountains which also is the case on Lupkow Pass itself.

This Easter egg can be triggered by one player. Go to the ruins on Lupkow pass and climb onto a wall and climb further onto the tower. Here, you should stand on one of the corners. The sound of a bird chirping can give a clue on what corner you should stand to trigger the Easter egg. Once you stand on the correct corner, the audio will play.

Battlefield Friends (BFFs) make an appearance in Battlefield 1 with the release of the second expansion pack, In the Name of the Tsar. The characters of the popular animated series are back with their usual hilarious dialogues on the maps Brusilov Keep, Volga River and Lupkow Pass.

Brusilov Keep

To trigger this audio easter egg a player must stand in the middle of the wooden bridge, next to the flagpole of objective C in Conquest. On October 21, 2017 a hidden button was found underneath a destroyed tank near the Red Army spawn. You can interact with the hidden button as many times as you like in order to listen to all the available voice lines.
