Equip 1.25x thermal.
Check in at the radio, you will get the "Split the Difference" charm.
Redeploy and equip the charm.
Go to the paper location and check which paper you got.
Input the sequence derived from the paper at the condor.
There should be a hissing sound and the flames will pull back. Open the crate that are in the cockpit to get the "Phantom Prospect" Tag.

Solution:

Pick up the Phantom device
Go up top on the highest building at B1
You might have to destroy the trees.
Shot the dome according to the images. The tiles will light upp blue.
Respawn as Rao on A1
Hack the "Forge"
Respawn at B1 with Blasco and pickup the Phantom device again.
Head back to the forge and place Blascos device next to it.
Equip the Phantom device and upload the virus.
Respawn at A1 as Falck
Interact with the forge.
Guide the Geist to its destination, while healing it with the dart gun and medic packs. But dont enter the elevator with it.
Listen to the final transmission to get the rewards.
