Tiny red houses can be found on two maps in Battlefield 5. They are believed to be left by the level designer of the maps. The same houses can be found on the Battlefield 1 map Rupture.
Arras
3 tiny red houses can be found next to the stream at Objective A. There is also a small case of wine bottles, if playing Squad Conquest.
Iwo Jima
A single red house can be found in the cave at Objective B. Another one can be found past Mt. Suribachi that is only reachable in Breakthrough.
