Garden Gnomes can be found on the map Arras and in the Combined Arms mission - High Intelligence on Fjell 652. Destroying a Gnome causes it to follow the player around by appearing behind them. Rebuilding the Gnome with the Build Tool stops the Gnome from following the player.
Arras
Only 1 Gnome spawns per round. The Gnome always spawns at location A on the Combined Arms mission - Hit List.
Fjell 652
On the Combined Arms mission - High Intelligence, two Gnomes can be found inside the single wooden house in the area where you are stealing the documents.
